One-Minute Prayer

Join us every day at 12 noon as we "Pray together Separately".  Set your alarm for noon and wherever you are, when your alarm goes off, stop and pray in tongues for just 1 minute.  (If you don't pray in tongues, that's OK!  Just pray as the Lord leads you... but lend yourself to Him for just 1 minute!

Prayer For Revival

We invite you to come and join us in asking the Father to reveal the truth of salvation in Jesus, to the town of Fountain Hills.  We meet every Friday afternoon from 2-3pm at our church.

This is a wonderful time of prayer dedicated solely to seeking the Lord and asking Him for the souls of our wonderful town.

"Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession."
                                                                                                                       ~Psalm 2:8

Morning Exercise Class
Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am

 Functional and Spiritual Fitness
In 1 Timothy 4:8 Paul reminds young Timothy that ‘physical training is of some value, but Godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.’  Clearly, we need to be mindful of both aspects of fitness, staying both spiritually fit as well as functionally fit.

Join us!
Feel free to join instructor Dawn Reaves, BA. certified in group fitness, every Thursday morning from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Desert Creek Fellowship for a time to get moving both physically and spiritually!  Classes incorporate Body weight exercise to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning as well as learning the meaning of true spiritual strength through the Holy Spirit.

Bring a water bottle and a friend!

The Foundation Series

Few teachings today are as timeless as Derek Prince's Foundation Series.  This series was originally presented in seven books and unfolds, in logical order, the great basic doctrines of the Christian faith outlined in Hebrews 6 (with special emphasis on the work of the Holy Spirit).

"Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to
perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith
toward God, of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead,
and of eternal judgment. And this we will do if God permits."
                                                                                                                ~Hebrews 6:1-3

Derek updated the series in 1987, and added an index in 1993 before its publication under the title The Spirit-filled Believer's Handbook.   About the book Derek said: 'If I had only one thing to leave to the body of Christ, it would be The Spirit-filled Believer's Handbook.'

Because of the impact these basic truths have on the life of a believer, we have decided to present it just as Derek did; in small 30-45 minute sections, each dealing in detail with a point outlined in Hebrews.

The New Testament Challenge!

Interestingly, most people in the church today would agree that the Bible holds the key to life and Godliness, yet few have actually taken the time to read it for themselves.  Far too many only know what they’ve been told about the Bible, usually in small quips from a weekly sermon or brief message.

People are often surprised by the pragmatic and relevant teachings found in the Bible; covering topics such as relationships, marriage, money management, raising children, community living, caring for the poor, racial prejudice, and of course, a myriad of spiritual issues.  Isn't it time to find out for yourself what the Bible has to say about things like angels, prayer, Heaven, worship, prophecy, Christ’s return, the Holy Spirit and most importantly, eternal life?

I would like to personally invite you to participate in what we are calling “The New Testament Challenge!”  The challenge: To read the entire New Testament for yourself over a twelve week period.  Maybe you have read the Bible before, but its been a while; why not take a fresh look?  Maybe this is the first time; aren't you just a little curious?

The reading schedule is below (along with the journal we are using). Need a Bible? Just let us know and we will be happy to give you one (or you can download a free copy for your MP3 Player).

Wouldn’t you like to know what the New Testament really says (and maybe just as importantly, what it doesn’t say)?
