The vision of Desert Creek Fellowship is "To train young and old alike in the ways of the Master and to help them find and fulfill their own calling in Christ Jesus."
That means that people need opportunities to step into their callings. Over the past few weeks, a number of folks stepped up to help out while Pastor was in Asia and we would like to give you the opportunity to provide some feedback.
Below are the links to a 5 question survey (one for each of the weeks that Pastor was in Asia). The questions are basic and allow you to enter a text response. The questions are as follows:

The surveys are anonymous and won't gather any personal information. The idea is for you to provide helpful (and honest) feedback to the presenters so we can all grow together!
